Shipping policy

Shipping Times are detailed below. As our suppliers are based in the USA shipping rates are local for the USA and our Australian and New Zealand markets are international at this time. Although we are currently seeking local partnerships for both our Australian and New Zealand markets to supply our products, this will help reduce shipping time and costs but at this time orders outside of the USA will be shipped internationally. These shipping times are current as follows:

USA orders

shipping times locally are 5 - 10 business days

Canada orders

shipping times internationally are 10 - 30 business days

Australia orders

shipping times internationally are 10 - 30 business days

New Zealand orders

shipping times internationally are 6 - 27 business days

These shipping times are the fullest shipping times and real shipping times may actually be on the lower timeframe, depending on our delivery services of our carriers.

Although in events out our control due to weather disruptions or other unforeseen difficulties there may be a delay in shipping times. We apologize in these events and will try to alleviate any delays in shipping.

Further-more once items are purchased and paid there will be a tracking service available.
